Turn creative feedback into a revision log you can use
Separate observations, proposed fixes and your own decisions.

Creative feedback is easier to act on when you separate what someone noticed from what they suggest changing. ‘I could not find the date’ describes an observation. ‘Make everything red’ proposes one solution. Record both, but do not assume the suggested solution is the only way to address the problem.
A closer look
Record the problem before choosing the solution
Make a small log with four columns: observation, intended reader or use, change to try, and result. Choose one issue that affects the project's purpose. Keep taste preferences visible without giving them the same priority as information a reader genuinely cannot find.
Save the current version before revising, then make a limited change. Show the new version in the same context and ask whether the original problem remains. If you change the heading, layout and wording at once, it becomes harder to tell which decision helped.

A meaning to make your own
A thought to give
For someone completing a creative project, an advance motif can mark the work they chose to do. Avoid framing the gift as a demand for constant improvement.
Make a gift cardOne more question
What if two people give opposite advice?
Return to the intended audience and purpose. Try the relevant alternatives where practical, and record why you chose one rather than treating the number of opinions as a vote.
A character to carry with you 進
進 means advance. A revision log gives progress a visible form through decisions and results, rather than counting every alteration as an improvement.
